Am I a good candidate for Upper EyeLid blepharoplasty?

You can get the eyelid lift surgery done only if you are healthy and not suffering from any chronic or life-threatening disease conditions and are a non-smoker. Risks are more for people with diabetes, dry eyes, glaucoma, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, heart and vascular diseases.

What Happens During The Procedure?

During the procedure, you will be administered either local anaesthesia and sedation or general anaesthesia as felt appropriate by your plastic surgeon at Esteem Aesthetics. The incision on the upper eyelid are made such that after the procedure the scars get hidden in the natural creases of the upper eyelid. The fat or the extra skin is removed. The incisions are closed with sutures, surgical tape or skin adhesives. Medications and ointment are prescribed to help in faster healing and to prevent infection after the procedure.

What will I experience after the procedure?

The swelling and bruising seen after the procedure goes away in a few weeks. The scars of the incision fade away in few months to reveal beautiful eyes with well-defined smooth eyelids to give you a young and rejuvenated look.

What Are The Risks associated with Upper EyeLid blepharoplasty?

Surgical risks can include infection, scars due to the procedure, temporary blurred vision or double vision, and dry eyes. Loss of vision may occur in very rare cases.

Fee noted above includes hospital theatre and bed fee, anaesthetist fee, surgeon’s fee, post surgery consultations in the first year.

Please keep in mind not all patients are alike and some will require a slightly different operation than others. Rest assured, you will receive a specific price quotation during your consultation visit. Our staff are always happy to discuss these matters with you in more detail.

Cost of Consultation : $250.00

The cost of the consultation fee (face to face, Skype or FaceTime) is payable at the time of the booking. This amount is a non-refundable/transferable amount in an event of a no show, cancellation, rescheduling, change of mind etc etc. You are essentially paying for the time we are exclusively reserving for you.
